When communication becomes increasingly difficult and tensions rise, you get distracted and eventually lose job satisfaction. It is my experience that by intervening on time with the use of mediation, dropout due to work-related complaints is prevented or limited. By using mediation at an early stage, irritations and tensions do not lead to conflict or illness.
As mediator I guide parties and help them to communicate in a (different) way that leads to mutual understanding. Especially in the initial phase of a conflict, you will reach workable agreements more quickly. By tackling a team work related problem early, it does not escalate further and a lot of negative energy or illness can be prevented or shortened.
